Calendar Guidelines

• New users of this online scheduler must first be approved by the GSC manager.
• Contact the GSC manager at 874-5919 or gsc@etal.uri.edu to be set up as a user.
• Users will not be approved until adequate training has been completed for the requested equipment.
• All reservations are subject to cancellation due to equipment malfunction or service.
• Please be considerate of other users and delete your reservation as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
• Access to rooms 352, and 362 in the CBLS is controlled by a card reader door lock. Users must have their URI ID encoded after approval by the GSC manager.
• Users of the Zeiss PASCAL confocal microscope must read and comply with the GSC Laser Safety policy before using this instrument.

Calendar Instructions

• Login as user: Your email address is your User ID.
• Your initial password is 12345. Please change your password as soon as possible.
• To Make Reservation, select Equipment, Date, Begin and End time and choose Submit.
• To Edit/Delete or view reservations, place cursor on calendar numeral and click left. Note: a user can modify only his or her reservation.
• Use My Profile and Change Password options as necessary.
• Logout when finished.
