Landscaping Help Wanted - Summer / Fall 2009 Job

Due Date:

Start date: June 22, 2009 (grass is growing fast) and continuing through Fall semester 2009.

Description:

The URI Cooperative Extension’s New England Onsite Wastewater Training Program is looking for a student for up to 10 hours per week cutting grass, trimming, general landscape maintenance work, and some painting at our Training Center located at URI Peckham Farm (located across the road from URI tennis courts). Don’t worry – there are no active wastewater systems at the Training Center, so you won’t even come close to wastewater. The Center is within walking distance of campus. We have all the necessary equipment, including a John Deere riding mower. You supply the labor and sunscreen. The hours are flexible, and work can be done in evenings or weekends. Hourly rate $9 - 10 per hour (based upon your experience). Work hours are flexible, but cutting must be done weekly to keep site neat and trimmed.
