Master Gardener Foundation lands grant for $31,500 composting facility for URI Botanical Gardens

The Master Gardener Foundation of Rhode Island Inc., a non-profit support arm for the URI Master Gardener Program, has received a $31,500 grant from the Champlin Foundations to construct a composting facility at the URI Botanical Gardens.

Dr. Peter Paton ranked third in analysis of Conservation Biology Journal

Conservation Biology, a publication of the Society for Conservation Biology, recently released an analysis of the 25 most cited papers in that journal and determined that Paton’s 1994 paper was cited 363 times.
