Carex flaccosperma

Thin-fruit Sedge

Small, mostly evergreen perennial with grey-green foliage, resembling a bunch type grass. Found in dry shady upland forest conditions, but will tolerate wet soil. Native to Eastern US. 6-16" x 6-12".
