Chamaecyparis thyoides

Atlantic White Cedar

Narrow, columnar evergreen with bluish-green sprays and thin gray to reddish-brown bark. Found in freshwater bogs, swamps, stream banks. Full sun, moist sandy soil. Native to RI. 40-50' x 10-20'.
