Dasiflora fruticosa

Shrubby Cinquefoil

Also known as Potentilla fruticosa. Small, bushy rounded shrub with grey-green compound leaves and peeling brown bark. Bright yellow or white buttercup type flowers bloom from June til frost. Tolerates poor dry soil and extreme cold. Full sun, will tolerate partial shade. 1-4' x 2-4'.
