Spiraea tomentosa


Deciduous shrub with bluish green leaves, grayish to rust colored fuzz on underside. Pink or white flowers open in narrow, hairy pyramidal clusters from top to bottom. Attractive to butterflies and other nectar feeding insects. Full sun, moist to wet soil. Native to RI. 2-4’ x 4-6’.
